I’m so excited to join some amazing friends for a little Autumn inspiration tour! At the end of this post you will find so many of my blogger friends that have joined in for this tour. You won’t want to miss all of the Fall decor inspo that they are sharing in their homes!! This year for Fall, I wanted to bring in only the things that I absolutely love for Fall decor. Sometimes the smallest pop of color is more of a statement that a massive amount of decor. I’m loving the deep oranges, greens, creams, whites, and little pops of brick red for my Fall color theme this year. These colors make it feel like Fall to me, even though we are still having temps in the 90’s most days. There are so many great colors out there and I don’t mind swimming against the flow when it comes to decor, or anything else for that matter. I am only in the beginning stages of decorating for Fall, but I would love to show you a little bit of what I have so far in my entry way and dining area, as well as give you some budget friendly decor ideas.

I recently changed up this space from having shelving on the wall. You can see the before of this space, here. I love how removing the shelves made this space feel so much larger. Hanging the old chippy doors high on the wall also make the ceilings feel much taller. I added a wreath that I had from a couple years ago and some pops of color in a pillow and an arrangement of florals that I had on hand.

This sign from Hampton Wood Repurposed is one of my all time favorites. I love that everything she makes is made from reclaimed wood! She has an great sale going on until September 8th…25% off orders of $25 or more. I had been looking for some deep orange velvet pillows for Fall and lucky me, I stumbled across some at Home Goods the other day!

If you saw my painting mishap of this chandelier on my IG stories a couple of days ago, you will know that I will be changing out this chandelier when I find a good replacement. Lesson learned: burlap twine doesn’t look very good after it’s painted, but it looks good from 20 feet back. The pumpkins in the bowl are from the Target Dollar Spot. Budget friendly AND cute!

This “Mornin’ Pumpkin” pillow is from Nest of Petals. Her handmade and embroidered pillows are amazing! I absolutely love her work and this pillow is perfect for the Fall season! She is offering 20% off for the entire month of September with the code “VINTAGE20”

I also recently painted my old piano. I love the light and bright that it brings to this space. The florals on top of the piano are from the Dollar Tree. It’s amazing what you can put together for Fall on a budget. I was pretty impressed with how the arrangement came together and how good Dollar Tree florals can look. Thank you for those that have been tagging me on IG when you make Dollar Tree floral arrangements too! I’m so glad that I could inspire you to save a buck or $80 for Fall florals! My hubs also recently hung this old window that I found at a thrift store from the ceiling. I love how this project turned out. After curtains and whitewashing the curtain rod, this space will be finished.

I did steal this floral arrangement from my dining room to use in my entry. I just can’t get enough of it. I shopped my house for florals that I had from years past and, what do you know…it turned out great! I also recently bleached my table top for a lighter look. You can see more on that project and a little tour of my dining space, here.

Dollar Tree florals are where it’s at in my Fall decor this year. I loved that I could play around with these florals to make several arrangements, although I stole this one for my piano now. This “Fall Harvest” candle from Antique Candle Works has to be my all time favorite Fall candle. The scent is like the best Autumn explosion ever!

I’m so happy that you joined me for a little tour of our “new” entryway/dining area. I can’t wait to show you more as I continue to decorate other areas for the Fall season. It’s only just begun…oh, I mean, it hasn’t really even started.

Your entry way is just gorgeous. I love the three shutters with the beautiful Hampton sign. I just went in and ordered that sign. I love it thanks for sharing the site. I have an old door that my husband added old salvage pieces too for my entry way and I think this sign might just fit on the bottom of the door. I hope so. I will see when I get it. Happy Friday.
    Hugs,
    Kris

Love how your doors ???? turned out. The entryway looks beautiful and much more spacious. I have a question, how did you hang the doors? Did you use heavy duty wire on the back along with heavy duty hooks? I have a door with a heavy beveled mirror that I want to hang. I am trying to figure out the most secure way to hang it. Thank you so much

Our kitchen to come may be a little outside the norm and I’m super pumped about it! Oh, and lots of you wondering the cost of this hutch...let’s just say if you could have a new car or a new hutch, which would you choose? Do you think I bent the jigsaw blade? 😬 (swipe Do you think I bent the jigsaw blade? 😬 (swipe over) It was worth it all none the less. This was a “bench in a day” project. The thing that took the longest was refinishing it, the rest was cake...after we fixed the boards that Bob the Builder messed up. It will eventually go in the hallway. I hadn’t added the screws here yet bc I was running out of daylight to get a photo but check stories and I’ll show you how I’m (I mean Trav) is putting it together. He insisted on helping me when my arm fell off from all of the refinishing. What a sweet guy! ♥️ #rusticbench #diybench

Can you believe I added layers of texture to this thing, painted it, didn’t like it, decided to sand it to the nubbins, white washed it, and then glazed it?!?! 🤩 Yeah, most of you probably know me too well by now...I’m nutso and I know it. Now to decide if I should put the original hardware back on or change it up. I’m thinking I’m loving the look of the old hardware on it. What do you think? And, I’ll let you in, if you bring grain free brownies...or cupcakes...but I prefer the brownies🤔. And, I would share my grain free pretzels with you...After crying about Hallie forgetting my pretzels that one time, I now have about 10 bags fully stocked at all times. 😂 #morepots #thegoodkind #antiquepots
