My Vintage Porch

Interior Design, DIY, and Refurbishing

About me

Thanks for joining me here at "My Vintage Porch"! I'm so glad that you stopped by! I started my blog to share my projects, DIY tutorials, budget-friendly decor, and home decorating ideas with all of you! I love everything home decor AND, of course, projects! I love to see the before and afters, and to step back, take a deep breath, and see what all of our hard work has brought to fruition! I'm so thankful for my supportive husband! He is always there to help me out when I need it...and to be honest, I don't think I could do it without him! Thankful for my kids willingness to endure my renovations and home decor messes! I'm so excited to see what projects are to come!

Thanks for visiting! I'm excited to continue this blogging journey with all of you!  To follow "My Vintage Porch" blog, just click follow and add your email to the list and you won't miss out on any of the projects, DIY, and decor to come!

I’ve always loved these metal coco liner baskets I’ve always loved these metal coco liner baskets, but they don’t hold water well for the desert and things dry out too fast here…so, I took the ones that have the water holder in the bottom and put them inside them. And, now they will be larger and cuter….I’m hoping for the best flowering outcome🙌
Fountains aren’t just for water 😁….not done Fountains aren’t just for water 😁….not done here yet but I thought this would be a good solution for our fountain since it was getting too much water on the adobe brick on our house (that can break down over time when getting wet) …if we ever want to use it as a fountain again we can, or it can just house some cool plants. I think a billion succulents would be cool in here too
